Services through Zip Afar, LLC: In addition to the above, website and email services are provided through Zip Afar, LLC, a registered website registrar. Please review any separate terms that may apply to services received through Zip Afar.


2. Client Responsibilities

Accurate Information:

  • Clients are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and current information necessary for service delivery. Almajor Services, LLC is not liable for delays or inaccuracies arising from incomplete or incorrect information provided by clients.

Compliance with Regulations:

  • Clients must ensure that their use of our services complies with all relevant laws and regulations, including but not limited to immigration, business registration, and tax requirements. Almajor Services, LLC will not be held liable for any legal or regulatory issues resulting from non-compliance due to inaccurate, outdated, or omitted information.

3. Limitations of Service

Non-Legal Representation:

  • Almajor Services, LLC provides administrative and supportive services only. We do not give legal advice, nor do we interpret laws, provide representation, or select forms on behalf of clients. Clients are encouraged to seek licensed legal assistance for any legal inquiries or complex issues.

No Guarantee of Results:

  • While we strive to provide accurate and reliable service, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, approvals, or acceptance by third-party agencies (e.g., government agencies, immigration offices). Clients acknowledge that results depend on third-party decisions and adherence to submission requirements.

Third-Party Involvement:

  • Some services require submission to third-party organizations, such as government or financial agencies. Almajor Services, LLC is not responsible for the actions, delays, or decisions of these third-party organizations. Clients should review the terms and policies of these organizations directly.

4. Service Fees and Payments

Service Fees:

  • All fees are disclosed prior to the commencement of services. Fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered, except where required by law or specified otherwise in a service-specific agreement.

Additional Charges:

  • Any additional fees incurred during service delivery, including but not limited to government filing fees, expedited processing fees, or third-party service fees, are the sole responsibility of the client and are not included in our service fees.

Payment Terms:

  • Full payment is required before services are rendered. Almajor Services, LLC reserves the right to withhold documents or completed work until payment is received in full. Accepted payment methods and any specific terms will be disclosed to clients upon service agreement.

5. Privacy and Confidentiality

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information and documentation shared with Almajor Services, LLC will be kept confidential and used solely for service delivery purposes. Disclosure to Third Parties:

  • Information will not be disclosed to third parties without client consent, except as required by law or for the purposes of completing requested services (e.g., submission to government agencies).

6. Virtual and Remote Services

Most of our services are available virtually. By choosing virtual services, clients agree to conduct all necessary communications, file transfers, and document submissions through secure channels as specified by Almajor Services, LLC. We are not responsible for delays or disruptions in virtual communication due to technical issues beyond our control.

Security Precautions:

  • While we take reasonable measures to protect client information, clients are advised to follow best practices for digital security when sharing sensitive information through virtual channels.

7. Appointment and Cancellation Policy

In-Person Appointments:

  • For in-person services, appointments must be scheduled in advance. Clients are requested to provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations to allow for rescheduling and efficient service.

Virtual Appointments:

  • Virtual consultations should also be scheduled in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours is appreciated. Missed appointments without prior notice may result in rescheduling fees, as applicable.

8. Liability Limitations

Almajor Services, LLC, its representatives, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or any decisions made by third-party entities. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of business, revenue, data, or reputation.

Limitation of Liability:

  • In no event shall Almajor Services, LLC’s total liability to a client for any claims related to the service exceed the amount paid by the client for that specific service.

9. Modifications to Terms and Conditions

Almajor Services, LLC reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review these terms periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes or updates to the terms.
