To avoid delays with USCIS 2-step verification codes, Almajor Services, LLC may set up a case-only email (e.g., firstnameL@almajorservices.com or a similar domain we manage) and link it to your USCIS online account. You will receive the email address and password. You can sign in any time to view all notices, messages, uploads, drafts, and submissions related to your case. We never request your personal email password.
Important: If a client insists on receiving USCIS verification codes and notifications only on their personal devices and email addresses (and declines the case-only email option), Almajor Services, LLC will not be responsible for any delays, denials, or missed key deadlines/appointments that result from unavailable codes, delayed responses, or notifications that are not received in time. Client understands that timely submission depends on prompt access to verification codes and required approvals.
Submission Timelines & Dependencies: Target dates are best-effort and depend on the client’s prompt delivery of documents, signatures, and fees; USCIS system availability; and unforeseen circumstances. No filing is submitted without the client’s authorization/signature.
